Key information for the 2021 Junior Competition

Trainings

  • Basketball ACT will be allocating each team two x 45-minute training sessions at either the Belconnen Basketball Stadium or Tuggeranong Southern Cross Stadium;
  • Training times will be allocated similar to a team’s competition time and a half court will be allocated per team, however, U19 JPL will be allocated to a Friday night session;
  • U10s will be able to book courts for trainings through Basketball ACT on a first in first served basis. Basketball ACT will communicate separately the processes around making these bookings. Teams will be limited to one session per week. The first week of training will only be on the outdoor court in Belconnen due to indoor facilities not being able to operate at this point in time;

  • Please refer to the attached Post Covid Dates document for Juniors for the deadline;
  • Any teams that do not cancel their booking prior to the deadline and do not show up for their training will be charged $25;
