Basketball ACT partners with a range of Preferred Participation Providers in the Canberra region to promote and provide opportunities for young people to get involved in the sport of basketball.
Preferred Participation Providers regularly offer clinics, camps and/or on-court opportunities for participants to develop their skills and understanding of the sport.

Upcoming Activities
SheHoops Camp – 12 January 2025
This upcoming January School Holidays, Basketball ACT is excited to announce She Hoops is coming to Canberra, to host a Girls only holiday camp with special guests Jade Melbourne and Nyadiew Puoch, to hit the court to give our Canberra girls some elite pointers and to help with their on-court skill development all while having some fun doing so.
On Sunday 12 January:
Clinic 1
- 10am – 12.30pm – girls aged 5-10yrs
Clinic 2
- 1.30pm – 4pm – girls aged 11-14yrs
First 80 registrations get a free ticket to watch the UC Capitals home game on the 11th of January and a reduced price to their registration!
